  • Directions & Map
  • The Fishbourne Centre is not a private members club - it is open to all.
  • Bar open to public from 7pm every evening and from noon weekends and bank holidays. Sky TV. Bar food weekend to 3pm.
  • Bar available for private functions until 7pm weekdays.
  • The centre is available for bookings from 9.30am to midnight every day. Phone or call in to enquire into availability.
  • Facilities and audio/visual equipment available for seminars, presentations and refreshments.
  • Catering by arrangement.
  • The Multi-sport court is available for bookings. Floodlights can be used to 9pm at a cost of £10 per hour. Contact the centre for further details
  • 50/50 club winners

Spinal Fitness Class

Maintains and improves spinal flexibility with a mix of Pilates, Yoga and remedial exercise to suit you.  Focus is on the core and postural muscles with exercises in standing and mat work.

A class of Health Qigong is running every Thursday 5.30pm to 6.30pm at the Fishbourne Centre, Chichester (PO18 8BE). You can learn and practise therapeutic Qigong exercise which will bring you both health and a feeling of well-being

Falls Prevention  1300 - 1350
Are you sometimes unsteady on your feet? Do you want to improve your strength and balance? This class can help improve strength, balance, posture and confidence using a series of evidence based exercises and helps reduce the risks of a fall.
£20 for 5 sessions or £5 pay as you go

Steady and Strong
Thursday 1400 - 1450
This is more progressive class than the Falls prevention with more movement to music to help improve fitness levels, it also includes strength and balance exercises using resistance bands and your own body weight.
